Lemon grass peanut prawns

10 gms Oil

5 gms Chopped ginger

5 gms Chopped garlic

4 gms Chopped lemongrass

25 gms Chilli paste

40 gms Peanut butter sauce

Salt as per taste

5 gms Broth powder

5-6 gms Sugar

3 ml Lemon juice

Chopped Spring onion for garnish

5 pcs King prawns

Water

Method

  1. Wash the prawns in water. Marinate in garlic juice and ginger juice. keep for 10 mins.
  2. Add salt and broth powder and half egg. Add corn flour and mix
  3. Deep fry the prawns on high flame

For the Sauce

  1. Saute chopped ginger and garlic in oil add chopped lemongrass.
  2. Add chilli paste, then add peanut butter sauce, heat for 1 minute.
  3. Add half cup of water and add salt, sugar and broth powder.
  4. Add deep fried prawns to the sauce and add lemon juice and garnish with chopped spring onion.
