The purpose of this journal is simple: to look for the good in every day and to appreciate the moments that make life worth living. Whether its a warm cup of coffee, a kind word, or a major success, everything has a place here. Lets start the journey toward a more contented, peaceful life, One Thank You at a Time. Heres my gratitude journal for March 2026.

1. Four Reviews at One month for my marketing agency – Business so far has been progressing well for me. Addiemall got four personal experience reviews in March. From seeing Addiemall in the attic for years without performing welll, It finally has started rolling with some interesting work been done. We hope to reach out to atleast 50 to 100 clients by the end of the year. Whats more delightful here is that at the end of the day its not only women supporting women in the business line but also the fact that we reach to charities offering them free marketing services. Grateful!

2. Participation int the World Leadership Forum 2026 as a Delegate?: I attended the online version of the world leadership forum 2026. I gotthe opportunity to meet many social workers and leaders from different parts of the world and register my opinions in the forum virtually. Grateful!

3. Founding PKNA Foundation – I created PKNA Foundation in my family name PKNA for women empowerment. Our mission is the uplift economically struggling women and communities by providing nutrition kits, support, essential resources and opportunities to financial empowerment. Through Compassion and Action, PKNA Foundation is committed to helping People Changing LIves. We hope the foundation reaches new heights in the coming year and in the future.

4. Medal for completing 10 kms in Virtual Maraton. I walk nowadays for 90 minutes a day for 5 kms. Though Initially I found it irritating, I was delighted with the way my body shaped. I lost weight drastically and became thin. I learned to focus more on present and not overthink. I even took part in a virtual maraton for women and got a medal. Feeling very motivated and pushing myself extra harder.My fitness journey hasnt been better. Feeling Grateful!

5. Completed a Professional Development Workshop from the British Council and got a Certificate for the UK Alumni. I got this wonderful opportunity to attend a professional development workshop from British Council and Alumni UK. I attended 3 sessions for 3 hours and it was so fruitful. I learned how to network effectively and how to work for a better social change with the best professionals in the world. We also got awarded a certificate after completing it. Another feather to my hat. Feeling Truly Grateful for March and looking for more opportunities to grow through the british council.

6. Completed a Small Course on Global Diplomacy with UN by the University of London. I learned a lot about UN Goals and its functioning. I completed it within a week through Coursera. I feel that this certificate will help me pave path in becoming a global leader and change maker in the coming years.

Looking Back, I can see how 60 days ago my sel was trying go get through the noise and challenges. Now I see that world through a different lens. This journal This journal has proven that even during tough times, Joy exists if I look for it. I am stepping away from this Journal with a more positive and resilient heart.
