The conflict between Israel and the Palestinian people is one of the longest-running and most violent disputes in the world. Its origins go back more than a century. What started as a small dispute has resulted in The Human Genocide of 2025 – Israel Gaza War
The consequences of the historic dispute over issues including land, borders and rights are still being felt, and include the latest war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza.
Israel’s latest attacks on Gaza began on Oct. 7, 2023 after Palestinians from Gaza carried out attacks in Israel that killed at least 1,200 Israelis, injured thousands more, and took an estimated 240 hostages. Since then, Israel has destroyed or damaged 90% of all homes in Gaza and has blocked most food, water, medicine, and other lifesaving aid from entering Gaza. People are dying of starvation and disease.
Nearly all of the strip’s 2.3 million Palestinian population have been forcibly displaced. Over 100,000 Israelis were internally displaced at the height of the conflict.
Things We need to Know:
1. Violence did not begin with the attacks from Gaza.
2. Gaza has been under a violent blockade for 17 years.
3. Under international law, both Palestinians and Israelis have bounded legal rights to use violence. But violence will not bring just and lasting peace.
4. The U.S. funds, arms, and supports injustice, inequality, and violence perpetrated by the Israeli government.
The humanitarian crisis in Gaza has reached catastrophic levels. Since March 2, 2025, Israel—with full support from the U.S.—has severely restricted food, water, medicine, and humanitarian aid from entering Gaza. Israel also continues extensive bombing across Gaza.
Palestinians, including children, are dying from starvation, malnutrition, and disease. Yet the U.S. keeps sending weapons to Israel and offering political support despite all the suffering.
What is the proposed Solution:
1. The “two-state solution” is an internationally backed formula for peace between Israel and the Palestinians.
2. It proposes an independent Palestinian state in the West Bank and Gaza, with East Jerusalem as its capital. It would exist alongside Israel.
3. Israel rejects a two-state solution. It says any final settlement must be the result of negotiations with the Palestinians, and statehood should not be a precondition.
4. The Palestinian Authority backs a two-state solution but Hamas does not because it is opposed to the existence of Israel.
5. Hamas says that it could accept an interim Palestinian state based on 1967 de facto borders, without officially recognising Israel, if refugees were given the right to return.
We all can take action to help bring change.
Here are a few things you can do right now.
Donate to https://www.unicef.org/emergencies/children-gaza-need-lifesaving-support
Apart from them there are N number of charities supporting civilians, women and children affected by the Israel Gaza War. You can contribute to your Local Charity.
You can run a Campaign Pledging the Support and Honour and Protection of Human Rights , get signiture and send them to the UN.
You can voice your opinion with the US Congress
Tell Congress: Demand lifesaving aid for Gaza now!: Urge them to insist that Israel adhere to international humanitarian and human rights law and call for a permanent cease-fire to end Israel’s bombing of Gaza.
We can volunteer with lots of charities like the UNICEF, Red Cross, UN, visit the affected areas and work on field distributing and caretaking aid to the affected refugess.
The Israel-Gaza war continues to be one of the most deeply rooted and emotionally charged conflicts in modern history. As violence escalates, it’s civilians—on both sides—who bear the greatest burden, facing loss, fear, and displacement. While political, historical, and religious complexities fuel the cycle of conflict, the human cost reminds us of the urgent need for empathy, dialogue, and lasting solutions.
Peace may seem distant, but it is not impossible. The global community must move beyond taking sides and instead push for sustained diplomacy, accountability, and humanitarian aid. Only through a commitment to justice, mutual recognition, and the protection of all innocent lives can we hope for a future where Israelis and Palestinians can live in peace, security, and dignity.
